State run Telecom Company Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Prepaid mobile Voice calling Packs (Rate cutters) running in Andhrapradesh and Telangana circles under GSM mobile services.

BSNL Prepaid users can make reduced rate voice calls to both Local/STD for BSNL network and Other network.

PSU BSNL also introduced Unlimited voice calling Special Tariff Vouchers for Prepaid customers for BSNL network and limited free talk time/reduced call rate for other network.

Prepaid subscribers can activate the above Voice Packs by sending SMS through BSNL Self-care services fromt their mobile using Short USSD code. SMS to be sent to 123
STV(space)VOICE43 to 123
